 INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP ONLINE APPLICATION FORM ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने हेतु निर्देश
  1. Please read the instructions given below very carefully in order to fill the Application Form for the above mentioned examination.
    उपर्युक्त परीक्षा हेतु आवेदन-पत्र भरने के लिए कृपया नीचे दिए गये निर्देशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढें।
  2. Candidates are hereby informed that all the certificates of their eligibility and documents should be up to the last date of the Advertisement.
    अभ्यर्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उनकी पात्रता के सभी प्रमाण-पत्र और दस्तावेज़ दिए गए विज्ञापन की अंतिम तिथि तक के हो।

  4. Candidates should use their Mobile number and E-mail ID for Registration. One Mobile number and One E-mail ID can be used only once.
    अभ्यर्थियों को पंजीकरण के लिए अपने मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी का उपयोग करना चाहिए। एक मोबाइल नंबर और एक ई-मेल आईडी का उपयोग केवल एक बार ही किया जा सकता है
  5. After registering, the candidate should always keep their E-mail ID and Password secure.Candidature of candidates feeding false information would be treated as Cancelled and would be liable to be debarred from future exams conducted by UKSSSC.
    अभ्यर्थी पंजीकरण करने के बाद हमेशा अपना ई-मेल आईडी और पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें। गलत जानकारी देने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का अभ्यर्थन रद्द माना जाएगा एवं उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा भविष्य में करायी जाने वाली परीक्षाओं से प्रतिवारित होने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।
  6. Information filled in the Application Form of the candidate will be considered as Final .
    अभ्यर्थी द्वारा आवेदन-पत्र में भरी गई जानकारी को अंतिम माना जाएगा।
  7. Candidates have to upload their scanned recent colour passport size photograph(Max Size 20 to 50 KB) , signature (Max Size 10 to 50 KB) in JPG/JPEG format only.
    अभ्यर्थियों को अपनी स्कैन की गई नवीनतम रंगीन पासपोर्ट आकार की फोटो (अधिकतम आकार 20 से 50 के0बी0), हस्ताक्षर (10 से 50 के0बी0) को जे0पी0जी0/जे0पी0ई0जी0 प्रारूप में अपलोड करना होगा।
  8. Candidates can make payment for the application form only by credit card / debit card / net banking / UPI
    आवेदन-पत्र के लिए भुगतान केवल क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/नेट बैंकिंग/यू पी आई से कर सकते हैं।

  10. If more than one Paid Application is filled by a candidate using same or different Email-Id and mobile number, his or her candidature would cancelled.
    यदि अभ्यर्थी द्वारा एक या एक से अधिक ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर का प्रयोग करके एक से अधिक भुगतान किए गए आवेदन-पत्र भरे जाते हैं तो उसका अभ्यर्थन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा
